RE: Speech Pathologist needed: Part-Time

Licensed speech therapist being sought for 2-5 hours per week at the Bayview Hunters' Point Adult Day Health Center. We serve frail older adults and people with disabilities in a therapeutic day setting from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Duties include performing initial evaluations, ongoing assessments, 1:1 treatment interventions, small group speech therapy and documentation of services on appropriate forms, being a cooperative member of the multidisciplinary team.
