Your
Options
If
you or your loved one are in need of health and social services
and desire to stay in your own home or community setting, adult
day services may be the best alternative for you!
In
order to help you decide, and so that you can select a program that
matches your needs, we have provided the following chart to help
you compare programs. For example, you or your loved one may be
healthy and need a place to meet with others for social and recreational
activities. In this case, a senior center may be a good choice.
If you want a program that offers 24-hour assistance, check out
assisted living or nursing home programs.
As
an alternative to 24-hour assistance, you may want to consider adult
day services. The staff at the centers can help you decide if adult
day services is the right option for you!
